Here at Dernakesh Pet Farm we pride ourselves on providing our visitors with a really memorable day out which is why we love to put so much into events on the farm, our events are getting bigger and better all the time but here is a peek at some fun had at past events...

Our summer camps - Summer 2010

It was the perfect way to enjoy those summer days, outdoors and with plenty of fun and games with all our exotic animals!

Cowboys & Indians Wild West Extravaganza - August 2009

On the 2nd of August last we traveled back in time spending the day in the old wild west! Activties on the day included music, games, bucking bronco, hay races, strongest man contest, quick draw duals, kids archery, horse shoe throwing, watching the big chief roast a pig on a spit, prizes for best dressed adult and child cowboy/girl and lots more!! It was a fantastic fun day out for all the family



Halloween - October 2009

For Adults and Teens came pure Horror Galore, while the kids enjoyed
characters, animals and more!



Our First Christmas on the Farm - Christmas 2008



To celebrate our frist Christmas at the pet farm in 2008 we held our first annual nativity show. It was a truly magical event celebrating the real story of Christmas with our live nativity show. Santa and his Reindeer arrived by sleigh for the occasion to greet all the lucky boys and girls who were present. His elves were busy in the workshop we set up where each child received an extra special gift from Santa himself. The show was a huge success with both children and parents being mesmorised by the experience. Santa has already confirmed another guest appearence at next years show and we are already in preparations for an even bigger and better live nativity Christmas spectactular!

Easter 2008

To celebrate easter at the pet farm in 2008 we had a visit from Dorothy and friends from the Wizard of Oz who put on an amazing show for our visitors. The easter bunny dropped in too bringing eggs for all the boys and girls.
